Our process
- Our collaboration begins with an initial introduction. After this conversation, we like to visit your estate.
- Based on our discussions, we write a vacancy tailored entirely to your story, vision and the character of your estate. You’ll review and approve the vacancy before it goes live.
- Then we begin the recruitment and selection process. We conduct the first interviews and present suitable candidates via email, including a detailed CV and motivation. This gives you a clear and complete picture.
- You can make a selection and hold job interviews with candidates that you think are a good fit. Either on your estate or at our office.
Is there a good match? Great! Then there are two options: the candidate can be employed directly by you or be hired through Baneninhetgroen. In the latter case, we work with a fixed hourly rate. For direct employment we charge a one-time fee.
We also offer various hybrid options. For example: starting with a short-term contract through us, followed by direct employment. We are happy to explain the options to you.
